Wave Soldering Equipment
Wave soldering machine refers to the molten solder (lead-tin alloy) sprayed by an electric pump into the solder wave as required by the design. It can also be formed by injecting nitrogen into the solder pool to make the printed board pre-installed with components Through the solder wave, the soldering of the mechanical and electrical connections between the solder ends or pins of the components and the printed board pads is realized. The wave soldering machine is mainly composed of a conveyor belt, a flux adding zone, a preheating zone and a wave soldering machine.
 
1. Spray flux
The circuit board with the completed components is inserted into the jig, and the connecting device at the entrance of the machine is fed into the wave soldering machine at a certain inclination and transmission speed, and then clamped by the continuously running chain claws, and the sensor is sensed , The nozzle sprays back and forth at a uniform speed along the starting position of the fixture, so that the exposed pad surface of the circuit board, the pad via hole and the surface of the component pin are evenly coated with a thin layer of flux.
 
2. PCB board preheating
Entering the preheating area, the soldering part of the PCB board is heated to the wetting temperature, and at the same time, due to the increase in the temperature of the components, it avoids the large thermal shock when immersed in the molten solder. During the preheating phase, the temperature of the PCB surface should be between 75 and 110 ℃.
