1. Welding temperature. The temperature at which the soldered part is in contact with the molten solder wave. The general temperature is controlled between 230250 ℃, but it needs to be adjusted accordingly after the test according to the actual working conditions.
2. Wave height. The crest should be stable, and the height of the crest is good. The height of the surface of the applied wave should be 1/2/2/3 of the thickness of the printed circuit board. Insufficient height often leads to missing welding. If the wave drop is too high, the solder joint will be pulled and the tin will be accumulated too much. It is also easy to make tin temperature burn to components v on the surface of the circuit board plug-in and cause the entire printed circuit board to be scrapped.
