1. Definition

3. Working principle
Wave soldering is to use a wave soldering machine to complete the welding of all the solder joints on the print at one time. The main structure is a temperature-controlled tin melting cylinder with a mechanical pump and a nozzle with a special structure. The mechanical pump can be continuous according to the welding requirements. The liquid tin wave is continuously pressed out from the nozzle, and when the printed board enters at a certain speed from the conveyor, the solder continuously overflows to the printed board surface in the form of a wave crest for welding. The operating process is: preparation before soldering → coating flux →preheating→wave soldering→cooling
