Wave Soldering Machine
Soldering area: The area where the PCB is coated with flux before soldering. Because of its different structure, the coating method is different. There are dipping, flowing, foaming, spraying, etc.
 
Preheating zone: It is the area where the PCB after applying flux is heated so that the flux reaches the optimal activity. According to different heating methods, it can be divided into: bare electric iron tube preheater, far infrared heating ceramic plate preheater, far infrared tube heating preheater, far infrared heating ceramic plate heating air double layer preheater , Quartz tube heating preheater, etc.

The main functions of preheating are:
1. Promote flux activation;
2. Evaporate and dry the solvent and moisture in the flux;
3. To prevent the PCB from damaging the PCB due to the rapid heating of the wave crest, and provide a period of transition heat for it.
 
Cooling area: The cooling area is for cooling the PCB after soldering. The rapid cooling of the printed board after welding is very necessary. If the printed board does not cool rapidly after welding, its temperature will continue to rise to a higher value due to the residual heat of the component leads after welding. Therefore, the heat must be released as soon as possible after soldering to prevent the bonding strength of the printed board copper foil from decreasing and damaging the components.
