Misunderstanding No. 7: Failing to establish the concept of win-win cooperation with suppliers
 
In the quality management of the supplier, the concept of win-win cooperation with the supplier has not been established. The wrong thinking of "single win" and "unilateral" is the main reason for the damage to the quality of the supplier.

Misunderstanding No. 9: The role of the quality department is positioned incorrectly
 
 
The essence and core of modern quality management is prevention. Regarding the quality department as a "firefighter" or "rescueman", becoming a pure quality inspection department, and abandoning daily "fire prevention" and elimination of hidden dangers, abandoning other key quality management system processes, is obviously against the principle of prevention. Failing to provide the necessary resources for maintaining the normal operation of the quality management system, and neglecting the need for the normal operation of the quality management system for a long time, or treating it as dispensable.
